You can do it in linear time.
Just put entire video in editor and everytime you hear E chop from here prior to the last known E sound.
Honestly with the right tools the algorithm to run this isn't complicated and you could automate this process for any movie you want and abstract it for any sound you want.
And for a different approach with known inputs of a transcript w/ premade timestamps than it is in constant time.
If only it was useful for anything
