The Santa is amazing. I know what you mean about the backstitching. I have done 5 of the heirloom stockings that there is so much backstitching but it is magic.

Few months ago I bought bunch of vintage magazines from someone , and this magazine turned out to be included in a bundle, so I’ll be stitching these Santa’s for sure ❤

Love that Santa piece. That magazine has been in my stash since I found it in the late 90s! Still not stitched! I still love it but the backstitch is intimidating.

Congratulations on your Santas' of Fables and Fantasy, one can see that there is a lot of work involved there, but the final result was worth it! And the frame you found for the Mistletoe Loitering Society seems to have been made for it.
As for the fabrics you dyed... wow, that first one, for which you say you used aquamarine and royal blue looks so amazing, it would be perfect for my Bella deity ( I am more into fancy ladies and such :) ) so if you ever decide to start a shop , I would buy such a fabric. :)
ps. I also do not like a lot the colours of the Cottage Garden castle, although they are realistic, I am glad that someone else did not find it quite to their taste.

@@brightanddusty I have not seen a colour conversion either so far. I will be curious to find out what colours you will choose. I said to myself that I will compare some photos of my favourite castle with the dmc, but have not done it yet.
Both of the fabrics u dyed for the sal are AMAZING! But I agree, I think the second one would be perfect! I am doing it too and I'm so excited for it to begin! I gotta b super diligent so I don't fall behind...I am easily distracted w new starts n stuff so I need to behave lolol...but we got this!!! The fabric i chose was spending anmesia by mystic fibers from lindy (love her, too! Lol). It was more green than i had hoped but the flosses look good ...but omg i really love yours!!!! So glad ur doing it as well! ❤ congrats on ur 🎅 finish! Ur 🎅 house is awesome as well u r actually the first one I've seen show that pattern as a wip...too cool!!! Got a big week coming up w the eclipse AND the sal 🐡!!!! Happy stitching 😊🪡❤️

How did that 25 count grid feel. Was it like the 25 count laguna. It’s my first try working on linen. 2 over 2. Love your channel 💯🙌👍
The 25 count grid is a little stiffer than the other lugana I've worked on, but it's comfortable. I'm really liking it so far!
