If you m1 + emote at the same time as mihawk, it will allow you to move around and emote at the same time with any emote. I don’t think it’s bannable because I literally did it infront of a mod and they didn’t say anything.
I think the big factor here is that someone needs to complain about it and/or even know about the bug. Some mods might turn a blind eye, some are more vigilant. I still wouldn't take my chances, though.

Why no one talks about Hale stupid slam making you noclip the floor in rocket arena or either flung you into the void/lava (beta islands and rocket arena)
If you notice that when you use heavy swing and you unequip it there will be another cd meter for yoru, so like if one of the cd meter goes down then you can just swing again (not sure if it's a bug or a feature tho💀)

One of my friends did it and got a 1 day ban so it depends all on the mod
