Sir you mentioned the minimum limit of diyat which is 30630 grams which equates to 30.5 kilos. But after that you mentioned 2 cases where diyat was awarded amounting to 1 and 20 kg respectively. Isn't it negating the minimum limit?

How is it less than minimum limt? Silver is so cheap..I guess it would be less then 1 crore, plus sir also said it Depends on financial conditions of both parties..Btw Sir can exactly answer what if someone is unable to pay fixed amount due to financial crisis?😊😊

There are such rules for a perosn being so. I guess that's the reason why Imprisonment plus Fine has been introduced together in most of the places, that a bankrupt who can't pay fine would face double or a larger proportion of Imprisonment.

Phir apney kaha imprisonment maximum S 55 me 14 years hai aur minimum S 511 me 24 hours.
Ab yeah baat samajh na aaye key maximum toh 25 years honee chahiye apney 14 years kiu kahee? Please aap iski wazahat farmadain aur sawab hasil karain.
