Sir I’m from India and I follow all your Muslim law lectures. Because here teachers are not able to teach it properly they find it very difficult and at times they don’t even pronounce the words properly. I prefer Muslim law from a Muslim teacher only he can only justify it and no one else.

If there r total 4 heirs and one legal heir is not mentioned in the WILL n out of remaining 3, 2 have objection on it that the name of 4th heir is not mentioned in the WILL, then what will be the status of that will??????

Kya will ka 1/3 hissa apney legal hiers ko ker sakta hai. Mein ney TH-cam k or episodes dusray teachers or advocates say SUNA hai k will ka koi bhi portion apney legal heirs ko nahi kiya ja sakta wo unkey bachchon mutlub apney grandchildren ko he ker sakta hai. Please reply.
