Brings back memories of my 97 Sporti, the sound, long legs, unstressed motor, solid suspension and brakes, and you could drive for days just using the midrange... then, as at 3:50, push it and get that rush and listen to the overrun.... and blasting through tunnels... you need to sort them out properly but when done, just so special...
No as much as I loved it I came to the conclusion it was a bit too big /long for me for comfort and sold it. I now have a Ducati750F1 in it's place Being about 5'6 it's a better fit (I also still have my old round barrel Tonti cafe racer.. I love the sporti's super nice bikes
@@paulred158 Yes, the F1 was/is a dream bike for me, I should have bought one new in '87, but bought the Paso for an extra $2k instead. Biggest mistake of my life (excluding mad women...). Still looking for an F1. Trade me has a mint one on ATM, bit out of my $$ range tho..

The perfect word for this glorious engine sound is: unstressed.
Nothing sounds quite as good as a Guzzi!
Your sound here is really nice, some of the best I've heard.........I need a Guzzi
Cracking engine sound very long legs! Sound unstressed and a joy forever.
Takes me back to my 1100 Sport carb. I hope to have a Daytona one day!
OMG, it sounds great! Even better than my ‘97 Centauro
That sound!! Eargasm
If I was you I immediately turned back if I passed the tunnel to check out if it sounds just as good from the other side!

Guzzi rule...
Excellent! Which microphone did you use?
a zoom h2 portable digital recorder. placed in the back pocket of my backpack. I need to get a wind sock for it to cut down a bit more noise.

Video doesn't do the sound justice...
