    Thank you for sharing this recipe.....if don't find thickned cream then how to use 25% fat amul cream or any other options.....reply pls

      You can sue any cream that will whip to stiff peaks. Otherwise add gelatine to the chocolate an cream mixture .

    Hi, the mousse should be frozen over nite or just put in into the fridge (chiller) for over nite? Tq

      Freezer overnight then in the fridge once you have taken it out of the mould so it can defrost before serving.

      Janira Green I purchased them online several years ago and can’t remember where. If you Google something like Silicone Mousse Mould you may have some luck. Sorry!

    The list of ingredients for the raspberry insert mentions 1 tablespoon of water whereas in the video, you spread the gelatin over water and there is water added to the raspberry. Looks to me like we need more than 1 tablespoon :-( How much water do we need please?

    scared with this recipe.... it cannot hold room tempt in my country. I fear that it will become a blob of mousse after 15 mins. Looks sumptuous though!

      I always serve these chilled straight from the refrigerator. They cannot be kept at room temperature.

      That won't be possible unless you have a refrigerated display.
