Herping Trip - Part 1: Delmarva Hognose, Tons of Turtles on the Road, & Lifer Pygmy Rattlesnakes!!

Started our herping trip early with some Delmarva Herping before I made it down to meet everyone in North Carolina. Tons of snakes, including my lifer Pygmy Rattlesnake! We found several species of Turtle as well!

We donned the elbow- length leather gloves, and picked up a 14" gray pygmy with the brick red accents inside. (Ft. Bragg, N.C. 1995 ?)

Adrian mentioned something about it possibly being a Pine Woods. Definitely not a gray like I said it might be lol
