  • Started our herping trip early with some Delmarva Herping before I made it down to meet everyone in North Carolina. Tons of snakes, including my lifer Pygmy Rattlesnake! We found several species of Turtle as well!

    Those NC Pygmy Rattlers are awesome--congrats!! Only ever seen them DOR before moving to MO. "Whenever I see the target, I see everything but that." YES INDEED. THE CURSE IS REAL

    We donned the elbow- length leather gloves, and picked up a 14" gray pygmy with the brick red accents inside. (Ft. Bragg, N.C. 1995 ?)

      Adrian mentioned something about it possibly being a Pine Woods. Definitely not a gray like I said it might be lol
