Loreal HiColor Ash Blonde| Does it work?| Part 1

Hey guys!! So I decided to try this hair dye out for myself. I see a lot of hype about it being that it doesn’t require bleach and suitable for dark hair. I am not a professional or a licensed stylist so please don’t be negative. The hair I’m using is from my hair collection 20” body wave lace frontal. It looks really good! I noticed a difference when I switched out my 30 volume developer for my 40 and leaving it on for an extra hour! Hope this helps.

quick question, would doing it on a wig compared to doing it on someone’s hair make a difference?? I’ve seen videos of other l’oréal blondes that are lighter

Yes I think so, the quality of a wig is way different than someone’s actual hair.

yeah the dye doesn’t come with developer so u have to buy your own. i recommend the l’oréal ones

It’s made for dark hair, however it didn’t work on my wig, I find this product works better on pre lightened hair.

color doesn't lift color, u already had color on the wig so u technically only changed the tone of the hair, it was impossible to make that hair lighter without bleach

That type of product is for dark hair.. it lifts as it deposits color. Loreal hicolor for dark hair. They have a red line as well as a blonde line. So, yeah, you’re wrong here.

@@user-hv5pl8gc5rthat’s because it has a booster (aka bleach) or metallic dyes in the product. And since it isn’t a professional product u are only mixing soooo how would u know what’s in it. Downside to using “box dye”

It’s for dark hair only so I assume brown would be okay. No bleach is required just developer.
