I have an EXCELLENT TIP for you my Friend. You want to deal those cards the OPPOSITE way. ONLY because they will be RIGHTSIDE UP for the audience to see better. Deal from right to left so they don't have to look upside down. SOMEONE should make a deck of marked cards so the magician doesn't have to read them upside down MY GOD IT's 2023 and nobody has thought to make a deck the magician can easily read from the near end. Also do you know we put a man on the moon before we thought to put wheels on our luggage thats a freebie

It is a good idea, assuming the spectator is facing the magician. But it important to note that the spectator must also then count from your right to the left in "selecting" their card.
