In Brazil things are so different, i just got promoted and the work is so hard because i need another supervisors help and morning supervisors do differents stuffs then i that work in the night shift, i Fell that i have so many to learn but i dont have oportunity because i only work on the night shift

no store manager is a step up from assistant manager which is a step below store manager
