Jñāna Yoga is not self attention. Is the yoga of knowledge and wisdom. Actually if it comes from within is the Yoga of knowing. Here you stablish the premise "what I know, I know. What I don't know, I don't know" and you operate from there onwards. What you know is by inner experience. By reading, just if you bring it to your experience, it becomes knowing. Otherwise it is of not use. This is one of the four paths of Yoga. Bhakthi or using the emotions and devotion to reach the ultimate union. Jñāna or the path of knowing Karma or external action of service. Where action is liberating not entanglement. Kriya or work with one's energy. Internal action. For this one you must have someone who knows. Anyway, if you destroy your body and your mind you can't be here to realise what is what. What is the purpose of having a physical body and a mental body?
@@danielbagnall6523 opinion is what you think about what you don't know. Whose? I don't care who.... I don't do opinions nor do I take anyone's opinions. If you pay attention to yourself, you can see the different dimensions we have as humans and what is there to work with. I do not talk about what I don't know. This way I stick with the premises of Jñāna Yoga. What I know comes from within. If I get something from external sources, I go through the experience of it within myself. This way you know what is what.

@@danielbagnall6523 😂😂😂 This is what you don't get. I don't care about what this one or another one says. You talk to me through your experience and I buy you whatever you want to sell me. I came to exist aware of the self. I am inclusive love, I embrace everything and everyone as part of me, yet I am no one and nothing at the same time. Because of my heart I see, because of my touch I know. I know very well the soil I walk upon, so I know where my body belongs. I know also mother earth one day will claim her loan. No one ever could skip to pay this loan. So, yes, in a way what you say is right. But saying for someone else.... So, nothing to do with you. Tapas, means heat, warmth or fire up, to burn. It is through purification or the heat necessary for a physiological birth to happen. Silence. There are various levels of silence. The absence of speech, the silence of the mind and then is another kind of silence far beyond we can experience in a normal day to day. Happy Xmas to you 😊❤❤❤
