Nice explanation But we try to impose over vaidika jnana by comparing it and trying to fit it with modern science..why do we need to justify it . Few suggestions: Many people can't even remember 24 achamana namas.. for them achamana with "vishnave namah " is enough.. Similarly for those who don't have upanayana or who can't remember the sankalpa.. saying narayana narayana or shiva shiva or both while doing pranayama is also enough Same with sankalpa..mamopatta samasta durita kshaya dwara "nitya kalyana laabhaya",shree parameshwara preetyarthe shodashopacharaih pujanam karishye suffices..most people nowadays find very very hard even to pronounce gotra names ..forget byheartin the mantras.. Kalasha Pooja: varunaya namah,avahayami,gangayai namah avahayami.. this is even brief.. when there's no time but we still have to do it But "punahpuja" or what we call rajopachara..is not really needed for nitya Puja.. same.is the case with peetha puja.. None of what i said is to contradict u.. some ppl need even more shorter versions.. Best is one who dunno much shud start with panchopachara.. gandha pushpa dhoopa deepa naivedya.. n as they try to understand the inner meaning they cud do vistara.. either by doing dashopachara.. including avahana padya arghya achamaniya madhuparka.. and them as they progess switch to 16 upacharas.. U r doing good work..
