Unfortunately for most the restrictions to shiranui are going to come to late to matter the English conference happens next week which just so happens to also be the English release date of festival booster. Shiranui will still dominate like nothing happened unless they do more to it then what jp did

For me blangdmire still 1. Zorga and Rezael 2-3, Drajewel of course, Shiranui. Intresting in top 10 no Kheios, Grandogma, Luard, Messia, really powerfull decks

I could be coping, but restricting the minerva order and luard makes more sense to me. Because that card is used before and after cerragaon's release in Luard and he still topped without cerragaon. There's ways to counterplay cerragaon without the minerva order, but when it gets cast dogs guarantee their draw.

It was super close on the mentions list! I think it's making it for the Festival Booster breakdown though, the deck is genuinely just an OTK deck that's borderline unreactable if they have the perfect setup

Why aren't they using RPD and Philander in Zorga?

Cause you just don’t need them anymore. Some people still run a ratio of RPD to Karma, but Philander just isn’t necessary. It’s not that Phil’s a bad card, but Zorga is so technical that I honestly don’t even know if the best version of the deck has been solved yet.

@darthkaj8274 thank you for the insight. I might just be playing the deck wrong. Karma's energy cost seems so prohibiting that I struggle to see how it can be a effect line of play outside of always having intercepts I guess.
I'm probably trying to operate the deck in the wrong way.

Its preference. Every zorga list ive seen has been different. I run 4 rpd 1 karma rn, with 2 philander.

I played Kyouka a lot in this meta because I was pleasantly surprised by it's RRR support Freydis. However my build uses Strega instead of Francette as she helps you build board and rush, and is a beater and draws cb isn't much of a problem thanks to shooting stars ccing. I use Riseley the booster g3 instead of the new one because Mildred already fuels the soul enough for me that card is amazing and I personally didn't use Francette because I didn't felt the need to bounce anything, Freydis and Mildred mirage themselves and I can just simply call Arche back from drop or find a new one. The deck gets a higher ceiling and a little bit more defensive power in LM5 but it does get a lil bit awkward in terms of board setup
