- Hi everyone! Miss Ross here. I have recently completed my NQT year (teacher training year) and I thought I would make a video sharing my experience and giving some advice/tips that helped me during my probationary year. You'll notice I didn't mention much about the recent state of affairs, I'm hoping most of my advice still applies! I hope this helps for those of you that are interested in teaching or starting your probation this year.

Im currently doing my QTS training year and am feeling equal parts nervous and excited for my NQT year, this has been really great to watch and settle my nerves a bit! Any other advice you have would be much appreciated. x
