As a former New Yorker and from someone who has been on stage and interviewed, in the “business” so to speak….the props look great, format is glossy’s and well done but interview always seems scripted, guided and not very authentic. That’s what’s missing. The past two I have watched.

Looks, likeability weigh in more than technical knowledge. You can tell if you like the candidate. Technical knowledge can be taught.
