Hi Alec, Plan to visit New Zealand with a team and I will arrange bowling games around New Zealand clubs. I will arrange airport pick up and transport around clubs and tournaments in the clubs. Please let me know. Cheers - Ran (Randy) from NZ.
Hi Alec great to see your videos again. I always find them very informative and helpful though I might have to watch this a few times for it to sink in 😀. Cheers Nigel
Thanks Nige. To be honest it took longer than I wanted, but there is a lot to cover, so rather than cut it and miss something out I stuck with it. I hope it all makes sense. 😬
Thank you for another interesting and informative video. As a new bowler these videos are my go to guide to the game. Some really helpful examples given from your experiences too. Love the team jacket, much better than the plain white.
Very good video. Although i knew all/most of it, was still great to watch. I had a strange occurance happen in a match the other day where we had 2 tied ends. Never seen it happen before and had 2 in 1 match. We ended up winning but was a close game.
Hi Alec, great info and explanation again. Question for you please, what if the jack goes sideways onto another rink and not in the ditch. Is the end stopped or something else? Thanks
Hi Brian, In outdoor play, the end is replayed. Indoors, the jack is placed on the re-spot to keep the game going, as they are often time limited games, 2 hours usually. Good question. Maybe a vid of that? :)
Thanks Alec as usual a really helpful video, have been playing a few years and learnt plenty! Will you be going to watch any of the Commonwealth Games bowls at Leamington?
Hi Alec, Thank you So much. Great information as always. Cheers - Ran from NZ
Thanks for the comments, it is appreciated.

Thanks Declan. Yes, two tied ends in one game is a rare occurrence indeed. 😁

Hi Andy, thanks. I hope to go but I am not sure when yet. If not, I will go to the Nationals. It’s a great day out. 😁
