    I got the exact setup as you on my 2013 srt8. Did you upgrade your fuel pump or is that still stock as well?

  • @Sky1

    You should have picked up a Feeler Gauge to check the gap on the plugs before insertion. Also, should have labeled each plug that came out to inspect it closely. Also, if I had the plugs out, I would have used a bore scope to inspect the pistons. I am going to have my pistons inspected before my warranty runs out to check for any current or impending damage already in my engine, especially before doing any mods.

    • @SantosProd

      Where can we buy the scope or how do you inspecting it for what

    Damn, Scatpackmon blowin' up the videos lately. I saw you drive through a Chevron on Losee awhile back, you didn't stop though. Car looked nice. Keep up the good work my man.
    EDIT: Also man, always check the gap on new plugs. I know they come pre-gapped from the factory, but I've received plugs before that were way out of spec. Just something to keep in mind. Especially when custom tuning a car, you want them plugs gapped perfect.

  • @Sky1

    OMG NO!, The BOOT is what connects to the top of the spark plug. That is a grease used to keep rubber spark plug boots from sticking to the plugs. What you were supposed to put on the threads was Antiseize! It is like a silver paste.

    • @Ryan-ds2wx
      @Ryan-ds2wx 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Haha I didn't catch that one. The grease is mainly to keep moisture out of the plug boots. But yeah, he should have put the dielectric grease on the spark plug coil pack boots. And then Anti Seize on the plugs themself. Hey, you gotta make mistakes to learn I guess.

    • @MONINAHELLCAT

    You should've blown out each and every spark plug cylinder out with compressed air before removing the spark plugs. Also, E3 plugs are really the best and using anti-seize on the spark plug threads and dielectric grease inside each sparkplug boot is just mandatory. As well as fender blankets.
