FOR 15 KG RICE:-
15 kg basmati rice
3 kg oil (sunflower)
1 kg rock salt
3 & 1/2 kg onion
1/2 kg coriander leaves
100 gms mint leaves
700 gms green chillies
1/2 kg ginger paste
1/2 kg garlic paste
3/4 cup garlic cloves
75 gms raw papaya
1 cup ghee
150 gms almonds
1 cup milk cream
1 cup mawa
4 lit curd
15 kg mutton
25 gms black cardamom
50 gms shahzeera
50 gms green cardamom powder
50 gms cloves
1 & 1/2 tbsp white pepper powder
25 gms black pepper
25 gms alspice
50 gms cinnamon sticks
1 & 1/2 kg wheat flour
FOR 1 KG RICE:-
1 kg basmati rice
250 gms kg oil (sunflower)
1 tbsp ghee
80 gms rock salt
400 gms onion
1/2 cup coriander leaves
1/4 cup mint leaves
50 gms green chillies
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
8-10 garlic cloves
1 tsp raw papaya
5 almonds
1 tbsp milk cream
1 tbsp mawa
400 ml curd
1 kg mutton
2 black cardamom
1 tsp shahzeera
1 tbsp green cardamom powder
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp white pepper powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp alspice
4 inches cinnamon sticks
1 & 1/2 cup wheat flour
