I prefer Kale over Spinach, mainly due to the high oxalate content of spinach compared to Kale

Oxalates should be mentioned when talking about spinach and almonds. Dr. Livingood didn’t mention that at all in this video.

Yes too many oxalates can make you sick. Green drinks are the worst and mess with the digestive system

Dr. livingood, a lot of the things you recommend, I am ultra sensitive to. No one seems to recognize that people should really test for sensitivity to foods before they start eating the things they hear on the internet. If I simply ate as you recommended, I would have gotten so sick and not have known why.

There are many conditions that can impact kidney health such as high blood pressure and diabetes. You can learn more in this video: th-cam.com/video/WMcZLsFW9bk/w-d-xo.html& Focus on controlling insulin with our challenges! Processed food, sugars, and bad oils are way more important to focus on. Many of the foods containing oxalates have a lot of health benefits to outweigh the negatives for most people. We always recommend consulting with your physician:) -LGD Team

Cannot stand the taste of red, green or orange bellpeppers. Can somewhat tolerate the yellow. Wish I could like them more.
