I totally agree, trying not to use cream of what ever soups, sounds like this sauce could be substituted😊

I made this yesterday...and I bought the spinach, but forgot to add it in the final minutes of the cook. It was still very good. Agreed about the red peppers over bitter sun dried tomatoes. Only modifications I did was added Coscto artichoke hearts from the jar after I drained the oil/water. They cooked the whole time.
I will be adding this to the monthly rotation.

I made this and it is so delicious! I did use sun dried tomatoes since I had a jar in my pantry. I liked the extra flavor from them. I like your crockpot recipes especially in the summer. Keep them coming! ❤

Yes, I really should pull mine out. It’s brand new. I’m home, so I just adjust the crockpot recipe to be done according to the recipe and dinner time, but stovetop! 🙂

That looks delicious! Sadly, I have lactose intolerance and creamy dishes like this do not like me at all, even though I love everything creamy. Sucks, because I like ice cream. I do take lactose pills even with cream of something soup recipes. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. Gosh I could eat that chicken dish now! 😆

I am definitely making this, this weekend. It looks wonderful. The juice around the jarred peppers...sprinkle it around your azaleas. Pickle juice too. They love it.

nobody but my husband likes peppers or sundried tomato's so he is out numbered when it comes to that stuff (3 hates peppers to his 1 hahahaha), so I will have to probably replace it with rotel or just diced tomato's. thank you for the recipe
