The reason is the PM does not actually answer questions. He speaks. He is using the "Overton Window" approach.

Jeez, it must be a hard job being a journalist. Flying around the world, following the PM, asking him questions you could have asked him in NZ.
Just like the pm n mps all could of answered n done these interviews in nz instead of jet setting first class on tax payers money or done zoom meetings to other pms around the world there's more pressing problems here on nz than trade

@user-el4mn4dm2d fixed up the typo. The PM was asked how much was funded by the taxpayers a few days ago. He did not know! This often happens to man who states he is good at numbers. Often people wonder!
Thailand operates lots of tariffs. This is what we want,PM. NZ wants tariff free entry.
Good news at home with lowering inflation except he has nothing to do with it. He needs to “blame” the lowering inflation on Labour.

Yes. It is good to see inflation fall as a result of labour policy and Reserve Bank. Many reasons for the increase include council rates, rents, and house building. So after 6 months, what action has take by the new three party government to reduce the affordability of life? There does not seem to be many links to government spending 1 /4/ 23 to now affecting the inflation.
PM lack knowledge. Milk powder has no tariffs soon. Negotiated by the previous government. Australia got the same concession.

Pleased to see all the cuts been made , school lunches , unnecessary litter buns , jobs etc money needs to be invested to where it really counts. We need to hone down on beneficiaries and those that have been sitting on taxpayers dollar for far too long.

@AS-no5cs and this is the reason why the government is getting behind education in this country so hopefully in the future our younger generation don't leave senseless comments like yours without thoroughly investigating.
@@stwaters1147 And what did they do or are planning to do for the education sector? School lunches - don't even start on it - kids have to eat now and not "hopefully in the future". There's no reason to cut that program other than tax cuts for Luxon's lobbyist. Stop being a National fan boy and look at the facts.
@AS-no5cs oh please our kids are not going to school attendance has dropped money going to free school lunches while our healthcare system is broken. Whatever happened to parents providing for families that they brought into this world? All of a sudden it's the taxpayers job to cover the cost of living of those who don't bother to get up and find a job , feed other families kids, money wasted on bureaucracy that isn't helping our country grow. It's not fair on those like myself who get sore feet everyday working 12 hour shifts and it has to stop
