Seems to be a lot of people leaving expensive electric bikes at that premises. Considering it's right across the road from the Transport Police HQ, I'm not holding out any hope for bike theft in London!

Please consider bringing the VanMoof to Montréal, Canada. The city has incredible bike lane infrastructure, but bike thefts are a common problem in the city. This is a service many bike owners really need.

Because they're either not interested or had their funded so severely cut they can't act.

The VanMoof has alot of proprietary parts. What happens 3 years from now when you can no longer get parts to fix broken bikes? By then VanMoof will have all new bikes and how do we know VanMoof will support older bicycles? Thanks.

In Latvia SIM card device tracking system aint working, mostly, everyone, knows, in the tube below the seat are sealed these devices and if you have a time and place, it is possible to extract. So. Well. There must be an option to move step forward, with free IOT solution (perhaps IOT SIM card), IPV6 (one day electric keetles will have their MAC address, for this moment - impossible) and data transfered via push messages.

This is great but how come I only see videos with S3's. I would like to see some videos featuring the X3. It's smaller and more manageable.

Cannot grasp why this company has no physical store in Denmark yet. We’re litterally the bike capital of the world. 500,000 people bike every day to/from work, educations etc in Copenhagen alone (we have a counters that measaures it). So hurry up VanMoof!🤣

I still think this isn't exactly the way. E bikes should have a proximity key, perhaps something you'd wear on your wrist or leg that is required to unlock/ power up/ use the bike- this can't be that hard. Most ebikes have Bluetooth modules already, why not integrate that? I love my Specalized e bike, considered VanMoof but hub motor is not my cuppa, although thumbs up for security. And definitely report that place in London, please.
