      Causing an obstruction, not driving or in charge of the vehicle with due care and attention. She didn't move before calling, so using a phone whilst driving, causing an obstruction.
      If she is Police she didn't identify herself correctly. If she's investigating a crime - what crime, he's just been cleared by two other officers?
      What is a Police Constable doing out of uniform? Is she CID and if so why is she involving herself with a drone? What is she investigating, no-one has assigned this to her to be investigated, and she's either out of uniform or not on duty...

      rule 243 of the highway code it is illegal to park on a bend in a road, unless you are forced to do so by stationary traffic. This is because parking on a bend can be dangerous and obstruct the road.

    No, you dont have to give any of your details by law. YOU ALSO HAVE THE HUMAN RIGHTS OF THE PRIVACY ACT. You don't have to give the police no information if you don't want to . And if you get threatened or arrested on a trumpt up charge, so then you have to give your details to the police, you go to court and found not guilty. My advice you sue for as much as you can.

      Demanding ID is a "go to" for them under sec 50, they tried that early on with other auditors, Marty B, and NNY . They both contested the detainment / arrest/ threats, and I believe they won.

    You dont need to give your details. They dont know the law and are using section 50 as a blanket reason for asking which they arent allowed to do.

    Yes, in an emergency police response vehicles don't have to be careful about pedestrians, they can just drive over them. Be warned people, if you hear a siren run for cover.

    I nearly xhocked when the male PC said 'We cleared this up nicely' as the two children then advised the adult present to be careful of the cars. Well done, dealing with people who think they know what they don;t know is a challenge, one I struggle with at times 😀

What happened to the Reasonable Grounds to suspect Section 50 Antisocial behaviour which is defined as " _conduct that has caused, or is likely to cause, _*_HARASSMENT, ALARM OR DISTRESS_*_ to any person_ " and Harassment, Alarm or Distress is defined as someone using " _threatening or abusive words or behaviour, or disorderly behaviour, or displaying any writing, sign or other visible representation which is threatening or abusive,within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress therby_ " !?!?!? I want to hear more from the girl about these reports of threats and abuse and the evidence to counter Pure Audits' 100% EXCULPATORY VIDEO EVIDENCE !!!

    The Kids quickly realised they were out of their depth when you questioned them, and they quickly moved on....the female copper in the car was also out of her depth and committed offences by using her phone while in using a motor vehicle....Give me your ID stems from 50+ years of abuse and lack of knowledge from the public on their rights, but to quote the police "in this day and age" most of us know our rights and use them! the police HATE it and your accused of being argumentative and obstructing!! always film interactions with the police, remember. "THERE NOT YOUR FRIEND" they are there to incriminate you and arrest you...

    One officer doesn't require ID while the other officer is demanding ID under threat of arrest. Most police encounters seem to consist of the public educating constables on the law.
