  • d(-_-)b Remember to wear headphones while listening to get the full effect of bilateral stimulation!
    Relaxing bilateral music (music with a beat that pans between left and right) to relieve those suffering from anxiety, stress, and insomnia. Can be used for sleep-aid, relaxation, meditation, studying, etc... It's important to listen to this with headphones.
    Thanks for listening! Please feel free to contact us with feedback or requests :)

    My friend who's a phletbotomist recommend these videos. I was assaulted at work and after my pulse( which i never had an issue with before) started spiking up to 130. After a few days of these my pulse is now stable. It took some time to adjust but these really help. If im super stressed 😢 I do them more than ince daily.

    I'm new to the bilateral stimulating music experience (headphones a must), and as a cptsd survivor, music is what has, and always will, address my sensitive soul in ways words can not.

    Is bilateral music the same as binaural beats?

    • @DestinedDynamics
      @DestinedDynamics  4 ปีที่แล้ว +12

      A binaural beat is where there are slightly different pure frequencies played in the left and right ear. A bilateral beat, in this case, is using an auditory beat panned left to right. They are different. Thanks for the question! Let me know if you would like more info.

    • @sophienugre4161
      @sophienugre4161 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@DestinedDynamics thanks for your reply! I'd like more info! How do the different techniques affect the brain? I know binaural works through frequency following response but I don't know how that helps with trauma and I don't know if bilateral is different. I'd also like more info in general. I'm one of those ravenclaws. ;)

    • @revenancemusic
      @revenancemusic 4 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      @@sophienugre4161 the bilateral beat is each time you hear a beat or pulse, even music itself I n your left and right ear, alternating back and forth. Left & right. Left & right. In time or a rhythm. The binaural beats are the solid unwavering sound frequency played in both left and right ears simultaneously. The effects bilateral music has on mental health is usually used in addition to brainspotting therapy with a trained psychologist. Scented oil sticks may also be used. Even alpha stem. Its designed to be more of a bullet train compared to talk therapy in terms of accessing traumas, rewiring your mind, and recovering. Healing. My fairly crude explanation.
