    В СССР на плавляли и растачивали под нужный размер. Тоже самое. Были и другие технологии. Тоже крутые. Все это уже было. Только страны уже нет.

      concordo, mas esse tipo de solda é quase "fria", se ele aquece demasiado é pior, e a solda não é mais resistente, é mais fragil, até pq está destemperado o minerio de ferro.

    Когда то мы с сварочным электродом шейки коленвала заварили.и проточили на нужный размер.ну.тоже ездили нормально.(время после появление снг).а это вообще будет нормально!

      barão do metal, isso é conhecido como gambiarra. Não tem segurança de durabilidade, mas em caso de não encontrar peças compensa restaurar

      Gambiarra foi o que a dona Volkswagen fez nos virabrequins do Gol G5 e nos cabeçotes do EA211 três cilindros.

      I don't think so. Just an old school 6 cylinder 4main crank, like a Chevy 235. I'd guess most of the shops that have such a machine are glad to get work as not so many rebuilds as in decades past. I believe this is how welded strokers are built up, but the machine is set up to only add material on the outer half of he throw. I think shipbuilding used to use submerged arc welding. High amps, high build.

      @@alribee Virtually every tank built is done so by this method. From small propane tanks to huge storage tanks. Relatively cost efficient and very high quality welds. The flux is recirculated as well.

    Yep I was right this is crankshaft welding. they are adding material back onto the surfaces and then they machine it afterwards. If it's worn too much than this is what they have to do. basically you could have the original thickness that the crankshaft started out with when you got it new

    Eu tenho minhas ressalvas quanto a esse tipo de serviço, se fosse eu que estivesse fazendo um motor para algum cliente ou para mim, se possível (e viável) eu daria preferência a um virabrequim "novo" (entenda-se usado, porém dentro das medidas e tolerância recomendados) do que submeter o velho a esse tipo de processo. Agora como último recurso onde outras alternativas não são possíveis (como no caso desse vira), é válido tentar, o pior que pode acontecer é perder a mão de obra.

      Sua opinião, respeito... Mais hoje a maioria dos virabrequins q chega na empresa são eixos comprados novos e não conseguem rodar 500 km e ja estão com defeitos ou até mesmo quebrados.. Obg

    Serviço muito bonito de se ver , fica caro , mas a qualidade fica melhor do que um vira zero , pois fora esse enchimento de solda, tem ainda várias outras etapas e depois a nitretação que dará a dureza superficial que muitos vira de hoje nem tem mais por causa do custo envolvido , mas a durabilidade será muito maior e a performance também , não fica barato , mas vale a pena se você quiser um serviço duradouro e bem feito , isso é claro , levando-se em conta que a montagem e ajustes serão feitos dentro de parâmetros corretos !

      Fernando mata depois do enchimento fazemos a normalização para da mais segurança ao vira aí depois de todo processo fazemos a nitrataçao do vira para q o serviço fique no parâmetro correto... Abs

    Amigo, yo me dedico a reparar autos antiguos. Si un cigueñal está mal, procedemos a cambiar por otro nuevo. Si es una pieza única, procedemos a dar una capa de cromo duro, o bien le encargamos a Cigüeñales Sanz que fabrique uno.
    Rellenar con soldadura, eso, lo hacía mi abuelo. Independiente de que es una lotería, se producen cambios estructurales descontrolados.
    De todas maneras, suerte.

      nao vao abaixar o preço deles PORQ eh cotado em dollar ai vem a (reserva fracionaria) Q deixa o nosso dinheiro mais desvalorizado do que ja estah e entao fica mais longe pro consumidor

      por exemplo o valor do aço na balança comercial no mundo caiu e no Brasil "aumentou" eh que na verdade foi a nossa moeda que eh o real foi desvalorizada pra ferrar com a Industria Nacional mesmo o objetivo e a quebra de concorrencia
      nossos governantes tem como resolver a reserva fracionaria mas nao vao porq os nosso politicos decidiram fazer parte elite e obedecer ordens de banqueiros e a sua patria eh o dinheiro e nao mais o seu pais e nem o conhecimento que o daria bem mais grana e acesso a bens de consumo
      peça paralelas sao mais caras porq muito dos seus produtos receberam a bi tribultaçao ou seja pagou duas vezes os impostos
      a alem de comprar em menas quantidade por causa do consumo e isso eh o que encarece o produto

      Whomever destroyed it is long gone. These cranks are likely picked up for scrap price, reconditioned and then sold for hundreds.

      This is a crankshaft out of a very early model engine. If you notice, there isn't a main bearing journal between every rod bearing journal. There is a main bearing journal between every two sets of rod journals. This crankshaft is out of a pre 1950's 6 cyl. engine. It had probably been machined so many times over the years that it was no longer within tolerance and that's why they are having to build it back up with new material.

    Сразу после сварки надо прокалить холодным маслом отработкой иначе коленвал потеряет прочность и станет мягким и согнется

      Acho que por falta de opção e feito isso na. Intenção de salvar um eixo que não existe. Agora em um eixo de ap ou um de palio não deve valer a pena .

      Está solda em um determinado ponto do vitabrequim, cria tensões e muitas tensões. Após a solda, essas tensões são aliviadas. Se não, complica a qualidade do serviço.

      I’m 40 and have been In and around cars and engines all of my life, this is the first time I’ve seen a crank worked this way. It’s pretty damn cool. Is this a form of thermite welding?

      @@galenmarek8287 submerged arc welding is used commonly to repair crankshafts.
      Not common for small engines though.
      Can be used when plating is unsuitable

      Lol...I am sixty years old...at the age of 18... I went into the crankshaft grinding section and for 5 year regrind crankshafts after the rebuilding process was done just like that next door...

    Arco-Submerso, não é o melhor processo para soldar eixo de diâmetro pequeno, pois o aporte de calor é muito alto, o fluxo cai antes da formação completa da escoria, para que o arco fique submerso, e a deformação longitudinal do eixo é difícil de controlar. O processo mais adequado seria a Mig/Mag/ ou Tig com suas variáveis.

    Isso e solda por arco submerso, segue o mesmo fundamento da solda por eletrodo revetido (solda eletrica), para melhor performance ele poderia deixar a escoria esfriar mais antes de retirala. Nao sei enquanto a durabilidade e sobre questao de trincas residuais, contudo uma boa ideia na recuperaçao de pecas que nao sao mais achadas.

      Paulo Benvenuti antes do enchimento é feito um teste em máquina fluxo uma espécie de raio X pra verificar se o vira tem algum tipo de trinca ou quebra, caso tenha quebra o virabrequim é condenado. Em caso de trinca ele pode ser recuperado... Na questão dureza o virabrequim é nitrado para da dureza suficiente.. Abs

    Книга есть- ремонт и восстановление деталей, какого то 72 года, там много подобных процессов расписано от и до, ничего нового тока что на видео, все это при коммунизме уже было в СССР и работало, храмирование деталей гальваническим способом и ещё какими то!

    É um bom trabalho de avançada tecnologia, mas tenho muitas dúvidas que sêja a fórmula certa, vái criar tensões e durezas do material base, embora possam ser quebradas com tratamento térmico, no final vái ficar mais despendioso que uma cambota Nova.

      Fabricio Ferraz após o enchimento o vira vai pra normalização em uma temperatura de 800° ficando 10 horas... E depois vem a parte de retifica e em seguida o vira passa mais 10 horas em forno térmico nitrantando pra da dureza suficiente

      Been around a long time. It's one way of making a stroker. Weld it up and machine to the new dimensions.

      @@benjamins9121 Simple. Weld the journals and re-machine to a greater distance from the centerline of the crank. In other words, a greater throw. If, for instance, the original is say, 3", weld it up and re-machine it to 3 1/4" per side. This will give you a stroke of 6 1/2" as opposed to the original spec of 6.0". This i generally less expensive than manufacturing a new one, but like almost everything it is never as simple as it sounds. Doing this would necessitate different pistons or rod lengths to control where you want the piston to be in relation to the deck at TDC plus other considerations like block clearance, rod angles etc.

      Hopefully that made sense it was hard to word correctly

      @@benjamins9121 All you're doing is moving the center of the rod journal farther out from the center of the crank journa The only way you can do that is to add material to the far side of the rod journal.. It can be confusing so do this. Using a pair of dividers (a compass) and draw a pair of circles 3" apart. Now draw a third circle with its center 3 1/4" from the first. The overlay of the two that represent the rod journal shows the difference in the stroke and how that material will be deposited and then removed. I worked in a fairly large automative/ truck machine shop facility during summers while in high school, in the early 60's and saw this kind of work on a daily basis. The principle hasn't changed. I would really like to see billet cranks made from scratch like a Moldex etc.

    That's a crankshaft ,it looks like what they're doing is adding metal thickness to it and then afterwards they're probably going to machine it. I didn't even know it was possible to add metal back onto surfaces like this ,seems like black magic
