i have spent more than thirty minutes watching the annotation and now i finally understand that annotation was just meant to adjust the size of the dimensions and etc.
how to scale different parts of a drawing and make sure that other parts fit ? for instance i am drawing an engine and i need to change my cylinders dimensions, crankshaft dimensnions. if i click on it and scale it get bigger/smaller but also drawing gets messed up. how to avoid that?
Please help on how i could restore my title block template file which i mistakenly saved as a drawing file and i can't seem to print and lost my template file all together.
