This was a super interesting video to put together - I hope you all enjoyed it! Please consider dropping a like for all the time I spent trying to memorize these stats for the camera. 😂 Stick around to the end to see some cute cat content (because that's totally why you're watching this, right?).
Feels really good being 24 and so far im at 27.65 an hour... had a vasectomy a few months back so i wont ever have to worry about the extra money and stress i would have with a child (not knocking parents... its just not for me personally) and i live in a low income apartment paying in total bills 1k a month including gas to and from work and groceries.... however im sadly capped at my job so unless we get raises.... im stuck where im at. I have been putting back a thousand a month into savings and investments... hoping to buy a house by the age of 30-35.
I wondered the same thing! The BLS report doesn't include cost-of-living splits unfortunately. They have some data on urban vs. rural cities, but not cut down to the same demographics we examined in this video. Hopefully in the future! Thanks for watching. :)
People who say they love their jobs are lying to themselves. They are afraid to retire. They define themselves by their job. They end up being the richest man in the cemetery.
WOW! Am I reading this right? Asian men make an average of 75k a year while White men are sitting at only 57k? I find that hard to believe that Asian men out earn White men by 18k per year and make almost double that of Latinos and Blacks, it kinda throws out the idea of White privilege. We need to start talking about Asian privilege because they are crushing everyone. It's starting to make sense why so many White people voted Trump. Even the Anti-Asian attacks that have popped up around the country recently, are starting to make sense. Every racial group is suffering economically in these last few years, except the Asians. They are killing it.

Thanks for the great video! I wonder if this data could be normalized by the cost of living in a particular area.

I've always been curious where I stack up...or when anybody stacks up. Thanks for doing all the research needed to do this study. Like-11
