Sensoring abilities dont work like Ultra Instinct , they are used for detecting individuals or seeing through genjutsu, require stability and a non combat type of situation or something close to it. They certainly can't be used for straight up "dodging attacks", otherwise Ino would be Goku. Also btw, like all the other techniques, they require handseals. Did you see him use some? This was just pure reflex speed seen as they were all looking at Gaara's hands.

Thats just because of bad editing. The 4th Kazekage put up a decent fight in the manga. Nowhere near what Mizukage and Tsuchikage did, but all of these fights were severely cut down by the video.
Shippuden series were just amazing, full of action, feelings and for someone who has not read the manga: surprises. When you thought you had figured it out, boom!! Something else happens. i keep rewatching them during work time
