The thing with arenas is the only way to get good, is to play for hours non stop. Get those reflexes up and memorize your instincts and reaction vs each comp. I remember when i started alls i did was mash buttons and panic. lmaooooo
If you've any competitive games your reaction speed should be fine, MMO's just have a low mechanical skill.

Cause he isnt. He plays with high ranked friends. Boosting is paying RL money to reach a rank. Even if he would pay the booster GOLD, he wouldnt be banned cause it's not against the rules.
That's why I dont value high ranked players besides the absolute best. All of those 2.4k xp required cuckheads are probably boosted.

old comment but here's an actual explanation
the reason why this video seems so boring and it looks like no one is taking damage is because asmon is playing really badly. no pressure is being applied on the healer which means they can freecast. retail is more about controlling than simply doing damage, with cc and positioning you can do a lot. asmon was barely using ccs and just focusing one person with only dps, which is a horrible idea.
