I did get to talk to him in a radio show one time. Yes I too was nervous. I got to tell him about my dad who was a volunteer fireman and paramedic for 35 years. I got to tell him thank you for all he has done for fire fighters and paramedics. And how he was my first crush. . I would love to meet him in person.
Wow, thanks for uploading, I've always loved Randy and Kevin and it is great to hear they remained friends. There is something so not only beautiful but vulnerable about Randy, and he did looks so much younger -- thanks!
Wonderful video! Brought back lots of memories. Have been watching Emergency and he and Kevin Tighe are amazing! So Hot! Glad to hear that Randy continues to be involved with Fire Department organizations. Thanks to Randy and Kevin and the rest of the cast of Emergency for providing insight into the paramedic field and great stories.
I can't imagine my childhood without seeing Randy on the tube every week. You are a true fan just like me. Emergency will always be my favorite show, and Randy my favorite actor. Good job!
He played in 2 episodes of Battlestar Galactica as Michael the one who was actually wearing a silvery suit in 1978. He played in many different movies but yet he's actually going to be the paramedic on Emergency in Station 51. Randolph Mantooth is actually a Seminole Indian man.
I recognize the first clip from Adam-12! I watch it all the time, just love classic TV! It makes me sad to know that all of these great actors are no longer with us. Like Marty Milner.💙
I am 58 yrs.old and I still watch Emergency! all the time. You, Randy, were the cutest guy on the show and you still are. You also are an amazing actor!! I loved Emergency! when you were shown the most, because I just loved looking at you. I hope your wife knows how lucky she is! I would love to be in her place just a few hours so I could talk to you! I can still dream!
OMG!!! You did a wonderful job!! He is and always will be my favorite actor. He is still so fine. He has aged like fine wine!!! Let me go cool off now. LOL!!
Loved Emergency when it first premiered. Was a sophomore in college so missed some episodes. Love that the DVDs are available and METV shows episodes. They were a wonderful cast and was real quality TV. I liked them all but had really adored Randy as Johnny. His character was a hero type yet with a little boy quality. Too bad they don't make quality TV like they did back then and thank goodness for the oldies channels that show these great shows from the past.
Randy is my favorite actor. Always has been, always will be. I love to see him smile, because it lights up his face. He was hot then (Emergency!) and is hot today!! MMMMM
That's quite a career he's had! Randy Mantooth's living proof that nice guys CAN finish first! An American TV icon, hard to beat that kind of legacy. "KMG-365!"

Randy was my very first crush. I was 4 when Emergency started. I loved him. Like my world was him. My mom had to explain to me that the man was on tv. He didn’t know I loved him. But I still love him.
Randolph mantooth is handsome man Randolph mantooth is my favorite Randolph mantooth is my favorite one on emergency Randolph mantooth has beautiful brown eyes Randolph mantooth has beautiful hair Randolph mantooth has beautiful smile 😊
Haved loved Randy*s presence in media and detication to advancements and support to the very beginning of EMT LIFE SUPPORT.my young children look forward to seeing the episodes every day , they actually asked why is tv not like this anymore?
The only one that was left out was when he was on the TV show criminal minds. He played an absolutely oblivious father, oh, the character was rich but totally oblivious to what his son did.
I remember him on Charlie's Angels and he played a doctor on the final season but it was an episode and liked him as Joe Don on an episode of DALLAS. Bobby didn't like him because Joe Don was dating Pam
He was in a lot of different shows and movies. The last TV show I remember him in was Dangerous Minds. I haven't seen or heard anything from him since. But then again he did do a documentary with Kevin Tige called A Perimedics Journey and I think that that was a resent thing. Problem is I can't find it anywhere on TH-cam. Would you happen to know how I can find that? Love from Marysville, California KMG 365

That was one of three film adaptations of the series of novels by John Jakes known as the Bicentennial Series. He played Abraham Kent in "The Seekers." The other film adaptations were "The Bastard" and "The Rebels." I thoroughly enjoyed reading the books and watching those films. I have no idea if they are available anywhere.
