- Today my wife and wanted to make lunch but was unsure on what to make, finally we decided on Cookup Rice with chicken and to go along with it we fried some butterfish. Hi Rocky. The first video I ever watched of yours was when you were cooking cook up rice in the yard on a fireside. Lol. Recipe looks delicious. Caribbean supercenter is huge and neatly stocked. Looks clean as well. They should consider opening one in NY. They will do well here. Have you ever tried Harmless Harvest coconut water? I find them to be the best. Costco sells it in their refrigerated section. Enjoy your weekend.

Thanks for the visit. Next time I am in Florida will visit there. Rocky regarding the pepper trees, you have alot of cross pollination happening. Pepper plants are one of the easiest plants to cross pollinate. So, that's why your peppers are all weird. 🤣

As usual your lunch looks delicious. I noticed that the supermarket had a very wide selection of items. I like comparing prices, it's almost the same as over here in Brazil. I suppose you do have hypermarkets over there too.

The cookup and fried fish looks so delicious! I like to eat it with a little mango achar. I wish we had a place like the Caribbean Supermarket near where I live. My sister watched the kitchen tour and was curious to know why you decided not to put an island. I'm guessing you prefer the open space to get to and from the fridge easier. I'm waiting to see what the birthday surprise will be!

Here's my tomato salad recipe to eat w cook up rice..
Diced tricolor tomatoes,
Diced cucumbers,
Cilantro chopped,
Scallions chopped,
Salt,
Fresh
Lemon juice..
Let sit in fridge 30 mins.
I guarantee you'll never eat cookup w/out It again..cuts the richness..
