- As requested by a lot of my subscribers, Guyanese style Multanni and Cookup rice. Meat was purchased from a local market and herbs were picked from my garden.

Yum yum bro...".moltany" the best cure for a hangover..lol...we usually put alot of sour(tamarind) in it and after it finish boiling we "chunky" it like you do when cooking dhal(garlic and whole geera). Grea8 job bro..

I make dhal and chicken curry and mix it together and that’s my soup for the winter. Don’t have the patience for what you’re doing. Nice video

Everything looks great as usual. In Berbice they used to make Multanni with the whole sheep head, which used to gross me out. But here in Canada we make it with goat meat and it's really good. I like your version, looks yum

But you forgot to mention tamarind which is the most important ingredient and curry leaves

multani is the correct name, the people who call it murga is when u use the fowl cack heads which is widely use as it cheaper and readily available,maybe a useful tip when using dhal/ split peas ya can soak it an hour before use that way it boil faster, keep the videos coming good job
