Ive always loved that one. Say what you want about rom coms but they serve their purpose and clearly audience likes them

I’m glad he moved on from rom coms. They were charming films but the guy was made for more and he did just that with dallas buyers club, true detective, killer joe, Mud. And the gentlemen if you enjoyed that Guy Ritchie film. It’s like Jason Bateman moving away from comedies for a bit to do Ozark. I would love a drama film with Matthew and Jason bateman.
True Detective was absolutely unreal. My favorite thing McConaughey ever did, and I love a lot of his stuff.

McConaughey and Cusack: 2 best reasons to watch Romantic Comedies and not feel guilty.
Don't think Mcconaughey's ever done a comedy on par with Grosse Point Blank, his venture into serious acting though has been very interesting, especially True Detective
@@starwarsroo2448 actually he has. It’s called dazed and confused. And it got the same rating as Grosse point blank too. And now, Matthew is the better actor. All it takes is one look at cusacks straight to dvd 📀 movies and you can tell. Cusack fell off around the 2000s and ever since the 2012 film he’s become another nic cage, but at least nic cage pulls a great film one every blue moon.

@@natechenry Interesting you mentioned Nic Cage as him, Cusack and to an extent Morgan Freeman had a great 90's heyday, but their movies are either patchy or absolutely crap now. John Cusack is a pretty decent actor, is he better than Nic Cage when Cage is on point ( Adaptation, Bad Lieutenant) probably not, but he's also a different kettle of fish
@@starwarsroo2448 cage is for sure the better actor. Mandy that was released a couple years ago, JOE, Say so. And along with Leaving Las Vegas, con air, gone in 60 seconds, Face off.

Also your "live " shows, maybe stay on a little while for a "question" "answer " session (about half hour).
