I was about to restart maintenance, but it doesn’t give me that option. I have already change the oil and filter, but still, I don’t have that option. Any reason why?
Btw mine was about to hit 10.0 hours (it’s brand new btw). I changed on 9.9 hours

My kit came with 2 washers? I just replaced oil plug washer 🤷♂️ and oil filter o-ring
Some outlanders have a different style of drain plug. This kit works on all

Great video! I just did my 50 hour service and followed your direction. I have a question does the front diff fill plug have a washer? I noticed the rear did but I didn’t see one for the front. Want to make sure I didn’t misplace it. Thanks!
Yes, it should have a copper washer as well. Sometimes they stick to the side of the diff as you remove the plug and then fall down afterwards.
Thanks! I went on the schematic and didn’t see where there was one but I found it odd that the rear had one and not the front. I looked everywhere and couldn’t find where it could have fallen. I’ll go to the dealer tomorrow and get one. It’s a 2023 outlander xmr 1000. Thanks for your help!

Does the new air filter foam need to be oiled or does it come pre-oiled from manufacturer?
You need to apply a small amount of oil to the form of the new filter

I believe it’s every thousand kilometers not too sure how many hours but your machine will tell you
What’s the copper washer in the kit for ?
This kid covers quite a few different machines. Some of the other machines have different drain plugs. Use the washer that fits your drain plug.
did you oil the filter also or only the foam?
Only oil, the phone do not oil the paper
Is the oil supposed to be changed after the first 10 hr break in period? I just hit 12 hrs on my new 23 outlander 1000r
I believe you’re good until your first thousand kilometers, but check your owners manual in the glove box of your machine. It will tell you the service intervals.

Sure but you should probably address the more serious problem
tightening the oil bolt to 22 f-lbs? are you sure about that? Manual says 89 inch pound which converts to 7.4 ft lbs
22 F-lbs is the drain plug and 89 inch pounds the filter cover bolts.

Hey I have 2021 can am xt 1000 and yesterday when driving my oil light starting to blink every now and again . And when it did it lost a noticeable amount of power then back to normal . My oil level is fine any ideas why
Take it to the dealership and ask them to scan for a code

I bought a can-am outlander 450 2022. That is all they had in stock butcus of biden omics. Nevertheless, the can-am outlander 450 sucks. so does the maintenance manual.
