Love the ZT Hinderer partnership. Fantastic knives for the price. I have a bunch of customs that cost 2-5x as much, but are not made as well as the ZT’s. Love the OG Hinderer’s as well. I need that full track and Xm-18
Love the xm-18 because I use my xm-18 and I understand why he builds them the way he does. The lock bar insert is a useful and obviously well researched by Rick. He could have done this year's ago but I'm sure his will be a cut above the rest.
I hope they seriously change their view on their detent. I've had 3 hinderers so far, and one of them had a wonderful stiff detent that clicked if you pinched the blade and pulled it open, and the other 2 were pathetic. Stick to one honestly, shouldnt be a hunt to find a 500 dollar knife with the action you want.
I can not understant why Rick Hindrer do not make the clip reversible for xm-18 so we lefteis can buy and carry it. I love xm-18 model but I never bought it because i can not carry it properly in my left pocet. I would buy the new ZT 0393 because the pocet clip is reversible. It is not necessary to be "mirrored" like sebenza 21 the classic and the sebenza 21 left handed. The frame lock can be used 100% reliable with left hand but the think is if the pocet clip is not on the "show" side of the knife you must rotate the knife in your hand and then to open it(this is for the lefties) and it is stupid for me to do than. I do not think that it will be hard to make cut out for the clip :D sry for my English

levski sofia there are left handed scales that have been coming out with the tip up/down slots for the pocket clip milled into them.

He showed the left handed scales like a month ago just hasn't made enough. So far I think he only made 1 batch
