its a Li-ion (2- 18650s) battery . .. Honestly.. I have followed your channel for many, many years. Some of my first experiences were by watching some of your videos. I thought you would have vetted offerings of endorsement better is all. What model is this... 6:58 It does not have Obstacle Avoidance sensors. It is the same as the Hubsan Zino Mini which is the ZMP without the front and rear sensors. So this is the EXO Mini Pro without the sensors. .. are you feeling ok? You usually are right on the ball.. slipped up on this one.
Nice vid...The charger not charging batteries simultaneously! It's going one by one! (1.5 hour each), the best thing is that you sep up 4 batteries in the night and in the morning all of them are charged!
ISO 400 is high for a sunny scene with a tendency to over-expose. The shutter speed automation is doing its best to get a pleasing image. I would try 200 ISO or 100 ISO to help stabilise the shutter speed range. The EXO Mini Pro looks like a great drone with video production potential for someone with a low budget. I'm a home user with no intention of becoming a commercial drone pilot videographer.

Because I have plenty of opportunity for > 1,600 feet vertical where I am: Under 14 C.F.R. § 107.51, Operating limitations for small unmanned aircraft, the altitude of UAS cannot be higher than 400 feet above ground level, unless the UAS is (1) flown within a 400-foot radius of a structure; and (2) does not fly higher than 400 feet above the structure's immediate uppermost limit.
JJRC H36. No GPS, no optical flow, not even altitude hold. Flying a GPS drone will be really easy after this. You will have real skills. Many people buy a DJI as their first drone and have no clue how to fly manually.
I have that problem before you need to find something powerful enough to charge it if you're using a power charger you need at least twenty thousand if not just use a regular AC to DC outlet
@@dextertreis3726 No. The anpro drone is an entirely different drone. The anpro is a rebranded version of the old Eachine E58 from five years ago. @@dextertreis3726 Did you try JY UFO? Also, first connect to the drone's WiFi signal with your phone, the same way that you would connect to home WiFi (no password needed). THEN open the app.
Interesting review. My first impression was that thsi was a copy of DJI Mini 2. Same shape, even bag looks almost identical. One advantage of EXO is huge - a much better camera only available in higher end DJI drones. Another feature is nice - ability to create flight plan. This sorely lacks in DJI software. Though there's third party software available for DJI that provides this functionality. Perhaps that's done on purpose by DJI because one can record flight points while flying DJI drone and play them back at another time. Maybe the goal was to prevent creating flight plan that is not possible to fly due to battery limitation? I don't know. However, the shortcomings of EXO compared to DJI make DJI a better choice in my mind. Lack of card slot may be irrelevant to casual flyer. For travel videos it is a must. Even if I can dump my new material onto a laptop every evening, I would prefer to have same material in two places in case one of the copies gets corrupted. Obstacle avoidance also is necessary for more advanced flying. Yes it is an option that is available on EXO at additional cost. Overall it seems one has to spend more on EXO to end up with comparable features.
Don't want to be negative....but I just can't understand why they can get the horizon tilt issue under control! SPECS Image sensors and features are useless unless the picture is good.. wouldn't even consider it on horizon tilt alone. Nice review
It's the same purpose as using a clapperboard (film slate) on movie sets www.studiobinder.com/blog/how-to-use-a-film-slate/ The only recorded audio is from my hat camera. I use the hand movement in post editing to visually synchronize the drone's video with my hat camera, so that my lip movement is synchronized with the video. Otherwise the video may look like a badly dubbed kungfu movie. Notice the first time that I appear in this video without using the hand movement. Notice how my lips were out of sync?

Do the math people! The EXO Mini Pro with 3 batteries is only $50 cheaper than the DJI Mini 3 Pro fly more combo w/regular controller. PS. Check out the price of extra batteries? That's where EXO gets you.

EXO has really screwed over the USA Hubsan customer base... FUBAR!
This is a Hubsan Zino Mini. One of the most problem plagued drones ever sold. People should run away as fast as they can. USA customers should get their asses over to Costco and buy the DJI Mini 2 package with two batteries for $475. 100 times better than this EXO.

If you don't notice that Pro does not mean you get OA, you need to pay $80 extra. From previous videos I watch pro got you OA NOT TRUE> 😂. Not real happy about that. I'm a novice at this and OA is important to me. My kit did not come with charging brick, still waiting for response from EXO.

The problem is that it heats up quickly. If flying on a summer day, you may need to quickly get it in the air to prevent overheating.
And a little less Chinese than DJI too!!

How do you charge the remote control? I have it charged lever night but the remote still says low battery. Is this a defect?

Just for interest, you can do flightplans in dji drones now.
