  • In this video we show you how people in Tramonti, a mountain village in the Amalfi coast, prepare home-made bottles of tomato purée. This is where the project "Re Fiascone" began with the recuperation of seeds of the variety that had almost disappeared from the territory. Thanks to the local farmers and the idea to keep this tradition alive (along with the Promoting Committee of Rural Districts, Crea Ort Pontecagnano and the ethical purchasing groups) we have begun the production again. It is handmade work which follows the old traditions.

    Ciao, io ho le bottiglie ultime nel video, quelle che si trovano nel supermercato, ho fatto la passata e le ho bollite 30 minuti ma quando provo ad aprirle si aprono facilmente come se non fossero sotto vuoto, è normale? Perché io le ho buttate, le vostre come sono? I tappi li ho comprati nuovi bianchi come i vostri, mi dite come fare?

    Io o fatto a casa le bottiglie di passata e i pomodorini mi sono, venuti bene quando fai le cose con le tue mani è tutta un altra cosa
