Ultimately, the music industry is all about coming out with really catchy great songs. Hopes & Fears had a lot of them (Somewhere Only We Know, Everybody's Changing, This is the Last Time), but none of their songs after that were as good as those three really. I love Keane and I know they had great songs after that too, but that's where they peaked.
Tom Chaplin went through some struggles with drug addiction which contributed to the band splitting in 2013. But he made it through thankfully and Keane recently reunited. Tom sounds better than ever today--still has one of the best voices I've ever heard.

Tom has been a big fan of Keane since childhood. In an interview he once spoke about singing Bohemian Rhapsody in a cafe when he was around ten... Someone even caught it on film apparently. That's just one story, Freddie Mercury is Tom's idol, so I think he's tried and tried and tried his absolute best when performing any Queen cover. In every performance of this song you can see Tom gets better and better with each one, even though I think in this one he looks more tired than in the others. In this one he gave it his all while still respecting the song, the rest of the band did great too :)
