The Vboost control box under the left side scoop you can squeeze and it will cycle the vboost--a solder joint has melted and it has no more contact--take a cable tie and put it around the box and place an object like a nut to press the solder joint close and it will work again.
You have a made a great suggestion. I have always pulled them apart removed the silicon and soldered all the joints again. I'll try your suggestion. I love it when subscribers submit great advice like yours. KR
Hi, please can you help me we an info- I have a 98 vmax and I bought it within the central stand. I bought one and want to install it. From the manual I am not sure if I do it properly… can you please help me we some pictures regarding the coil? Where it is attached to keep the central stand up? Thank you
