I am thinking of getting my realtors license at Humber in order to purchase and sell out first house and future projects. What are thoughts, is it worth getting the license to save on fees? Hello brother, I need your help. I only have 3 months left to complete the program and I think the last date is Sep 13. I have already done 2 courses but still left with course 3( which I will start tomorrow June 18 ), Sim 1, course 4 and sim 2. As you know, we have to wait for a week in order to book a exam and more than 2 weeks for simulation. And When I calculate my study time and all waiting period to book the exam, I am afraid I wont be able to finish everything on time. I am too much worried about that I know I have wasted too much time because of full time work and also my negligence. Please advise me what should I do . I will be very thankful to you.
I really appreciate you insight. I have been looking into this industry, but before I do, I want to know what I’m getting into. Especially with the the 85% of people that drop out of industry by 5 years. Thank you. This is the most insightful information I have come across.

Hi, as you said, any one can pass this course. Reading the guide materials like passit and Mini..... are really not needed to pass this course. Also, this course is built up on a chronology system... so it is not worth reading the guide first and then going to the course. Read the terminologies..... clearly understand what it means in realestate.... read the course one time in details and then book the exam , read again faster..... I bet you have succeeded without spending any extra ....

It took about a year for me to finish my real estate course with a full time job. I studied 2 hrs every day on weekdays and 4 to 8 hrs during weekends.

Am I eligible for Canada if I want to study in Canada for real estate program in Humber College My profile 12th passed in 2018 Subject (physics, chemistry,math, English, physical education) 62.% 1 year gap due to a accident. Have documents issued by hospital (2018-2019) ( 2019-2022) BA(bachelor in arts) distance education from kurukshetra University kurukshetra which is well recognised university of India and i have secured 67% Subject - English,Hindi,geography,physical education Ilets W- 6 S- 5.5 R- 6 L- 6 Overall - 6 No work experience Please please please please please guide 🙏🙏 From India
