Depends on the vehicle and what notification exactly. Do you have an example?

@@mantinizz You can attempt the steps listed in the post of this link, otherwise I think you will need VCDS software to clear it for the 2008 and older Audi's. oilreset.com/2007-audi-a6s6-maintenance-light-reset-instructions/
