I did all 7 except body scan. It’s not reducing my 3 out of 10 tinnitus. My tinnitus is echo like and sensitive to noise along with ringing. Minor but rings all day. I think it’s from COVID. Never had it before.
What are the updates on Tens Unit, electro therapy on tongue and wrist? Thank you for sharing but sleep is the number one problem. I think the misfiring of nerve can be stimulated, people also need to be put on steroid immediately and not being offered that treatment to reduce cortisol cell death. Inflammation is the reason for the long term effects’ many ENTs need to get better at action plan within 48 hours or 2 to 4 weeks’. Praying for everyone. Other country have approved great treatments that are working to reduce the sound.
There's an ancient meditation technique called Vipassana Meditation that goes very deep into this Body Scan idea. People say it was created by Buddha and used by him until his final days. There are free courses/retreats all over the world for those who are interested in it.

Do you think that the cure of tinnitus will eventually be there? Or its something like cancer that have many mutations and kinds that its impossible to cure 100%
Reducing tinnitus to a manageable level is enough for most people to forget about it. Tinnitus will be hard to find a universal cure. There are many types and factors.

Because falling water is the best time for me I can hear really good no problems but spring and summer is the worst time for me I mean my ears scream like bloody murder I don't want to be around anybody while my children at all because I'm raising my voice and I got the ringing in my ears so bad better hurts at times I've had a double Eric the ringing in the air and a headache on top my question is should I see it is nose and throat doctor maybe they can find out if there's something obstructing by my hearing
How can I confirm that mine is noise induced? Around last December I got cold and week long migraine and then I started ringing on my right ear then around April it started to ring on both sides. One more thing I wanna add I have a jaw pain sometimes and it my whole face and I can ear a crackling or popping sound when I yawn
Only an audiologist or ENT could truly tell you if it was noise induced. Maybe you could, too, if you went shooting or to a loud music venue or something before the onset. It sounds like you have TMJ, which is known to cause tinnitus. Ask your dentist about it next time you go in for a cleaning.

thanks for finding your video channel about Tinnitus. in denmark there is not much interest in helping us live with tinnitus.
Copying with, neck massage/stretching and music work for me😇
That's awesome!
Do you think that the cure of tinnitus will eventually be there? Or its something like cancer that have many mutations and kinds that its impossible to cure 100%
You don't need to cure it, just to reduce it to the level you forget it.
Reducing tinnitus to a manageable level is enough for most people to forget about it. Tinnitus will be hard to find a universal cure. There are many types and factors.
@@treblehealth is there a way for evey person to reduce the tinnitus level for him / her ? And how effective is it ? Like TRT does it work for everyone

I don't get the tinnitus every day. But when i do, it goes away after i sleep at night. Any information regarding that? Sometimes it starts again shortly after waking up, sometimes it comes back after a couple days. There's no rhyme or reason. Been 15+ years of this.
Bharamri yoga is specifically help in neural issue and instantly slows tinnitus ...
Needed some of these tips
Dr. BEN. Im going for a MRI in a week. My ENT says i might possibly have menieres disease. Are there any tips u can give on how I can tackle this if it is true?

@@treblehealth I have to say some only time my tinnitus kicks in is when the weather changes 10 times louder I find out I have had it for 15 years that the spring and summer at the worst time in my life it goes crazy but I find out fall and winter is the best time for me which I like the fall and winter would this have to do with the temperature change and environmental pressure that is my question.
A simple way of explaining of Tinnitus
May Allah give you long healty happy life. FROM ISTANBUL
Thanks for your comment, mustafa. Really appreciate it. Be well.

How u avoid it
Kindly ans
It is called hyperacusis and it can be avoided with proper ear plugs. I made a whole video on hyperacusis. Check it out.
Can you make a video on menieres disease tinnitus?
I tried red light therapy and it got louder for a couple weeks. I dunno if I should keep trying as it says 3 months minimum to show results. Scared to if it may make it louder permanently. Constant noise is bad enough without treatment making it worse.

I have developed a swelling under my ear at the apex of my jaw bone- is this because I have tinnitus?
I am a new sufferer of this condition. It is highly stressful and depressing, I noticed if I cup my hand or place a small cup over my ear I feel a slight pressure in my ear and the noise goes from constant to barely audible/gone off and on. Has anyone experienced this or know what this means?
No I havnt tried that ! Will tey. I hope you are better now..
I do so wish "traditional, orthodox, conventional" medicine across the board could begin to learn from this approach. that it's ok to talk about "out of the box approaches AND anecdotal experiences" albeit with the caveats mentioned. Found Dr Ben yesterday and he is offering so much more than my audiology clinic. "There's NOTHING we can do" is so not true. Thank you.
Thanks for your comment, Andrew! Appreciate it. Be well.
Nah, tha has to do with some nerve damage. Also maybe some bone damage around the ears and back of your neck and head. I massage my head all the time.
I have no one to talk to and nobody around here is willing to help. All the ent’s around here suck and just say “live with it have a a nice day” help me? 😭

How?
For me I find salt and CHOCOLATE
make the tinnitus ear ringing go up so I drink Sparkling Ice® Naturally Flavored Sparkling Water
And try not to eat a lot of CHOCOLATE
Candy bars. Our body's need salt . So there
In no way to get ride of my but can lower it
Because humans need salt and have stree
Negativity? Fasting? Breathing? Yoga? What a bunch of bull. Give me a break!
Some of these work for some people as everyone is so different, there is no one solution for all
