That first coverage got me. I thought it was a cover 6 because one safety was playing a bit closer than the other. But looking at it after the breakdown i can see that hes not that far off in depth in comparison to the othdr safety.
coach i’ve watched travis hunter play a lot and what i notice is he is a natural wr and he can make a triangle naturally how do you think he can do that like why can’t i be like that
Personally the qb quiz are my fav vids! when your throwing and your arm comes through, you want your wrist/hand to be straight, or even a little inwards towards your body, right?
Yes slightly inward towards your body. You essentially want the nose of the football facing your target. I appreciate the support man, glad the video could help!
Hey coach grant, I was wondering if you would be interested in making a video on how to get better hands because that is something that I've been lacking in.
i have another question cus this is very relatable for sum highschoolers. when i was practicing with sum of the football players and they was the starting CB and they are good and im very fast and quick. when i was doing a out route they was playing outside leverage 4 yards back. i attacked his leverage vertical but he didnt bite like i sold the route perfectly like i was trying to do a go route. he was jus staying on the outside leverage and i saw where his eyes were looking, they was looking at my eyes and not my hips but i still got locked up. any advice???

that flat was wide open as well in the tampa 2 defensive read. If the arm strength wasnt herbert level.

Is it that common to run a non-Tampa 2 coverage because when I see film of cover 2 it is always Tampa?
It depends on the level, high school it’s common to see just cover 2- but anything after that it’s more likely I see Tampa

So how deep is the out route you are running? Was it 5yds or 10yds?

can you learn qb iq on madden?
Yes, thats one of my approaches, i identify the coverages and determine how to beat them, although it has a meta and isnt as relaistic.
It can help but as you probably know it’s not the most realistic thing in the world
