    I've got the BOSS V on my Camo 2023 right now, but just did my 2nd plow with it, really impressed so far, yes the shifting is a little tough, but I'll check that release gap you mention in you video. Looking forward to your other videos.

      They do get better after some use but also check the linkage, especially as that cable stretches out!
      Thank you

    Just subbed. Looking to get the x1120 with the snowblower this coming summer. I'd like to get the most out of the machine and blow that snow 50 feet. Looking forwards to the rest of your vids. Cheers.

      Thanks for the sub! I'll do some K-connect videos too

    Thanks for this series. I have a two post auto hoist like you but have been reluctant to lift my RTV X1140 without being sure where to place the lift arm pads. Please advise on your experience.

    Really hoping I can afford the 1130 this year.

      Seems like a sweet machine! I really like the new bed that the sides drop down. I think that will be an upgrade in the future

    Love your videos man please keep making them. I just bought the 2024 1130. I put a lift and 28" tires on it. I want to do some things to the engine to give it more power up hills. However it may void my warranty. Can you make videos on all the oil changes.

    I have a 1100 did hydraulic oil change filled the transmission up to the fill line and only hand maybe 1-2 gallons left and filled the hydraulic tank 1-2 gallons. Would low hydraulic oil cause it not to have power both forward and reverse? It ran for a while until it started having no power forward and reverse. Checked the hydraulic tank and the oil was way low not touching the dip stick level.

    • @SearlesStation
      @SearlesStation  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, for sure. The hydraulic oil creates the pressure that turns the gears so if it's too low it won't have enough flow to operate. What year is your machine?
      As they get older the hydraulic lines can get weak and collapse so the fluid can't flow through it.

      @@SearlesStation thanks a lot. Mine is probably a 09 or 10 I’m not sure. I got it from an auction. It only has about 500 or less hours I think. Only thing wrong was oil leak from the crank wheel oil seal.

  • @WyteOutAK
    @WyteOutAK 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Also I can’t find any videos on changing the crank oil seal with the collar and o ring. My 1100 has the hydraulic tank under the seat. Would have to take out the tank and change it out that way?

    • @SearlesStation
      @SearlesStation  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Can you explain a bit better? Are you talking about the crankshaft oil seal?

    • @WyteOutAK
      @WyteOutAK 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@SearlesStation its the bottom wheel, I believe is the crank wheel? The one that turns the belt over.

    • @SearlesStation
      @SearlesStation  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I'll see if I can make a video for that.

    Hey so we have a Kubota 900x that I accidentally killed the battery on or so I thought because when i turned the key to start it just clicked once but didn’t crank. I put battery charger on was already 95%. I was freaking out because I had borrowed it from my dad to go feed the horse and rabbits. But thought for some reason if I tried pushing it it would help but was on a slight hill so I just pushed it back and forth and tried it again and it started. But now as I write this I don’t remember if the lights had gone out when I went to try starting it or if I just assumed (now) I had killed the battery because it wouldn’t start after leaving the lights on. But since then it would start but now (day later) and after a quick drive it won’t start again. Any ideas? Hope all is well with the new shop thanks in advance

      Check your power and ground wires/straps from the frame to the starter/engine. Make sure they have good connections. They get rusted and lose contact over time.
      Turn the key on check your lights and such, see if you have good power. Could be the starter going bad...

      @@SearlesStationthank you! Did as you suggested and ended up driving all the way out to Modesto to pick up a new starter for $338 with tax would had cost $140 to overnight it for shipping and we needed it asap to pick up balls ( have golf driving range and we’re almost completely out). 5 hour round trip later and got it installed later last night and it starts right up! Will rebuild and keep other for a spare. Thanks again for your help. Now I gotta get up to pick up balls. Joy🙄 but glad I don’t have to do it by hand.
