Look mam you can't copy someone diet plan completely if you want to losse weight the only thing which u want to know that you have to be in a calorie deficit state that's it nothing can stop ur weight loss and don't do this mistake that if u are consuming around 2000 calories in day don't drop to 1500 suddenly you have to lower your calorie intake in a good manner to get the maximum benefits like for the first week drop 2000 to 1800 then 1800 to 1500 and so on one more thing don't torture ur self for weight loss good luck

Look mam you can't copy someone diet plan completely if you want to losse weight the only thing which u want to know that you have to be in a calorie deficit state that's it nothing can stop ur weight loss and don't do this mistake that if u are consuming around 2000 calories in day don't drop to 1500 suddenly you have to lower your calorie intake in a good manner to get the maximum benefits like for the first week drop 2000 to 1800 then 1800 to 1500 and so on one more thing don't torture ur self for weight loss good luck

say no to sugars as much as possible and potatoes suggery fruits like mango and chiku
say hi to apple ,oranges other vitamin c fruits and papaya
although,
we vegetarian ppl cant avoid milk or dairy products totally bcz we dont eat egg and meat!
and yes also say no just no to preservated chunk foods and maida!
ppl like me love #momos #noodles #soyachaap , yes girls 😅we have to leave it or try to eat just once in a month bcz one cant handle their cravings evn here i m doing this and while typing this comment i still craving for something but i knw i have to loose it
evn i had lost 5-6kg in 4 months and boom gained back in just 2 months after leaving exercise bcz i have to give sitting to study😶
but its ok we have to fight with #pcos we will!
exercise or yoga atleast 5days per week and trying this too and feels better after doing it sometimes due to busy study schedule I either do it in morning or evening but atleast doing it not avoiding exercise
and dont thing tht exercise is out of our routine just keep it in mind that we have to do exercise daily!
