I had been a fitness instructor for 5 + years while raising my 3 kids, and gradually fell out of practice, only doing an occasional jog - even that was no longer fun. Then, during the COVID quarantine when I had to stay home, and not much to do, I discovered you in Groker Fit routines offered free with my cable service. Wow - I could NOT keep up, you were out of my league, but after ten months of daily 40-50 minutes of hard work and your continued personal encouragement, I am not able to keep up with the worst (toughest) of your workouts. I am very proud of myself but also thankful to you for how you speak to your viewers with just enough humor and toughness to balance body, mind and soul. I'm 52 so this really kicked my butt. I had to pause a few times and walk around. And I modify. I don't need to do jumps to get a really intense work out. I like you Sarah. You keep it real. I have also been doing your HIIT 03 on demand. Shredding for the wedding over here.

I am a procrastinator. I had less then 35 minutes to work out and always feel guilty I'm not doing an hour workout. But at the end of this workout, I don't feel guilty! lol That was intense and awesome. I could keep up with you like 90% so my goal is 100%! Thank you!

This a a great intense HIIT strength cardio workout that was challenging enough for even advanced workout levels (I'm always looking for new advanced level workout videos and sometimes have trouble finding ones that are actually hard enough). I used 10 lbs weights and may try 12 lb. next time so it feels more challenging to my arms. I'm surprised Sarah finds 8lbs challenging for her fitness/muscle level. She looks like she could handle more since she's in fantastic shape. Sarah instructs well and there are great full body cardio moves in between strength exercises. It's a cardio strength mix workout so depending on how much cardio you prefer to do daily you might need to add in a 15 minute run after. Thanks Sarah!
Great workout! You can make another full body with a bit harder cardio. Like Burpees, tuck jumps, and maybe some abs in their with the excercises. It's a great workout. Love workout with you! I drip sweat every time. It's great cuz I only have 30 to 40 mins to workout!! Thank you!! 🙌
