ASMR: Driving in a Myvi during rain
The sound of raindrops hitting the Myvi's roof really reminds me of my kampung house with zink roof. Very noisy but nostalgic.

Hi louis .. Thx for the video.. Curious why got rattling noise when u go over bumps or pot holes? And I think the rain noise on the roof top is quite loud..
Thank you for watching too! Actually there's rattling noises coming from few random places, the loudest one being from the front left door. And yea rain noise is quite loud!

My family owns a myvi of this gen, the rattling of door panels, all 4 of them has been found out as a quite common issue among owners, had to go out and do some soundproofing for the door to eliminate the sound, gave up on SC after multiple visits. As for the front sensors, it only starts beeping when it’s quite close.
Hmm so it's common issue huh, how much did the soundproofing cost? As for the sensors, i was way too close so i wouldnt want to risk it, but i realise even persona's front sensor have to go super close to start detecting, i wonder if all local cars are like that.

i dah beli myvi 1.5 av x sampai 2 tahun problem dah keluar . head lamp menggocang xbole claim, apa tu ckp 5 tahun warranty? absorber ckp minyak keluar tlg claim, lepas tukar bunyi keluar, tak tau apa hal...kenal report to hq tunnggu 1,2 minggu...bunyi kuat, mcm mana i tunngu 2 minngu ni?call pigi hq customer service , mcm mau cari gaduh bercakap.....VRY DISAPPOIINTED TO PERODUA🤬🤬🤬

How was ur brakes. I've been driving this gen myvi. The brakes seems to be very spongy and doesn't seemed to bite even if u press it all the way down
Hmm i understand what you mean, yes it does feel quite spongy at some point but still better than persona from my experience eh

May i ask if this is really a 1.5H? Because according to the catalogue, only advance model come with PU leather seats.
Those seats are not from the factory. They were most probably fitted by the owner. The leather from Perodua has more of a matte finish to it.

The rattling noise its normal for new car ? Rattling noice with persona 2019 and Myvi 2019 with one are much much morw annoying?
Actually both will bound to have rattling noise, and there's no difference to me like which is more annoying. My only advice is have to drive and sayang the car a lot to not have so much rattling noise.

Hmmm, how's it compared to the previous gen myvi?
Quieter, more refined driving however the pickup is not as quick as the previous gen maybe because they retuned it for comfort.The handling is slightly better.
About this, the 2019 new myvi is hands down better than the previous gen. The driving experience improved quite a lot in terms of power delivery, driving position(i really didn't like the previous gen driving position, although i don't really like the current myvi seat material but it's better overall) , cabin built quality feels better and of course more modern, i love the built in smart tag reader too. Just one thing, the car feels smaller, just feels that way.

seriously a lot, but current Mercedes A class also similar to this car, so it's a consolation for for Myvi owner haha
@@LouisSiah im recently married and is looking for a car to replace my saga blm (to be passed down to other siblings). my options include bezza, saga and myvi. personally i like myvi but im not sure if the dcvt on new FL myvi is better than the current one or not
I see... off the bat, myvi definitely has better features if you're getting the top spec. But for me, I'd be happy getting the manual saga for it's space and the manual transmission, definitely more reliable and cheaper to maintain.
@@LouisSiah i can comfortably afford high spec variant for saga, bezza and maybe the H variant for myvi. each of these choices have its own pros and cons for me. if u dont mind helping id really appreciate ur input. fyi i earn 3.3k per month
saga: pros include cheap, enough space, quite cool design. the only cons for me is the FC (is it really that bad? i commute daily from rawang to shah alam (100km round trip) and my kampung is in dungun (long distance travel)). oh and another cons is the resale value is pretty bad compared to bezza and myvi
bezza: pros include good FC, decent look. cons are a bit overpriced (in my opinion when compared to saga), and so so driving experience as claimed by most ppl.
myvi: pros include good driving experience (1.5L), good FC, my ideal car. cons are less boot space than sedan, not sure if its spacious enough to be a family car (not planning to have a big family tho) and price is kinda high, the rumored FL looks kinda ugly from the leaks, and im not sure if dcvt engine is better than the current one.
value wise which one would you recommend?

2 things i learnt. Never get a car in a basement in case no network signal and, avoid fueling up with your own money if there's no fuel card in the car cause it takes forever to get a reimbursement

The engine sound collaborate with the speed delivered really abit annoy. Or it is normal for eco car?
it's really just a combination of lack of sound insulation & 4 speed gearbox that's the biggest issue here. But it's still a pretty economical city car i suppose.

Hands down yaris has better handling. The myvi is just a decent car for its price. But it's better than picanto
I think its better because it uses the same engine as the vios . So, maybe quality wise yaris is better and this car is more powerful than the vios because this car is lighter than the Vios
