I like earpods precisely because of how tame the bass is compared to other brands. I listen to mostly metal/rock, so headphones with too much bass just muddle the sound and takes away the clarity of guitar riffs for me. Earpods have perfect balance for that, I can hear vocals and guitars crystal clear, and it's not like the bass is inaudible, far from it actually, it's just...exactly enough. In fact I just bought these with the USB-c connector to use on my windows notebook, and I think it's noticeably more bass heavy than the one I have with lightning connector. Now, I don't know if that's because of how my notebook processess sounds, or if the hardware is actually more bass heavy then the other one I have. There are different USBs but not USB-Cs. These EarPods should work on many devices such as Phones (Regardless of operating system) Laptops (Regardless of operating system) The Steam Deck and even some PC's which have a USB-C port built in.
That’s exactly what I’m doing today after I decided to pull out a pair of brand new Earpods I had in a box for shits and giggles and was super astonished at how much better the sound quality is when I compared them to my 2nd gen AirPods Pros lol.
I just exhumed the same headphones but lighting that came with the iPhone X (almost 7 years ago 🤯) and I was shocked by the superlative audio quality. I was looking for earphones to use sporadically with my 15 pro Max and we hope that the quality is the same as these same 7-year-old earphones that came with it !!!
Great cheap set of buds for round the pool on holidays. Not worried about leaving them on the side whilst I swim and panicking someone might steal my AirPods!
Cam U guy help me with this? I'm a professional music producer, already have the AirPods Pro 2 but yesterday I've lost one AirPod so even if I will buy a new pair once again, I'm thinking to buy these wire EarPods but my main question is if they're sound quality good enough? I've tried other Bluetooth brand today but they all sound quiet and muddy, would you guys recommend me to buy them as an option when I go running or something?
I think you'll find the AirPods Pro 2 more convenient for running. While the EarPods deliver decent sound quality, they don't have any ANC, nor can you get a proper seal, and the cable may be annoying for some while exercising. In terms of sound quality, you'll hear more bass/low-end with the AirPods Pro 2 compared to the EarPods, thanks to the Pro's use of ear tips. Overall, I'd go with the AirPods Pro 2 if you can. However, the EarPods aren't bad at all-just may have a few inconveniences in comparison. Hope this helps. Happy listening!
The answer is fairly straighforward a good quality wired earbud / headphone has a higher sound quality. Bluetooth latency and digital to analouge conversion decreases overall sound quality. The quality of the inbuilt dac and of course the bitrate and sample rate of the audio you are playing back are also big factors If all you have experienced are wireless buds / headphones then really you have got use to the inferior sound quality. The reason both apple and samsung have removed the headphone jack from their devices is not to save money and make smaller devices it is that they both own companies that predominantly produce bluetooth earbuds / headphones and are simplying trying to force everybody to go wireless so they can cash in ! The existance of usb headphones is because they know that wired is a superior audio experience. I am no audiophile but i grew up with the good old headphone jack and i can from experience say that bluetooth technology as it stands now is still the inferior way to transmit high quality audio.
Anyone use ear tips with EarPods? Most of the ear tips on the market are for the "AirPods Pro", which I believe are not compatible. At least "Earpods" are rarely mentioned in product descriptions.
im planning to buy one for my pc just for gaming, is there a difference between aux and lightning and usb c ? If it's there any difference, then which one is better?
I can’t speak to audio quality compared among those three because I am not an audiophile and they all sound fine to me, but for Windows/Linux PC use the 3.5mm will sound good but the inline controls won’t work, the lightning won’t plug in at all, and the USB-C will sound good and have working inline controls (assuming you have a USB-C port)

How does it work? There are different USB-Cs, right? Like, you plug these earpods into a fast USB-C on a PC or laptop and they don't work, but if you plug them into an iPad or iPhone, they work? Or what?
There are different USBs but not USB-Cs. These EarPods should work on many devices such as Phones (Regardless of operating system) Laptops (Regardless of operating system) The Steam Deck and even some PC's which have a USB-C port built in.
i’m thinking about switching from my airpods pro’s to these haha
That’s exactly what I’m doing today after I decided to pull out a pair of brand new Earpods I had in a box for shits and giggles and was super astonished at how much better the sound quality is when I compared them to my 2nd gen AirPods Pros lol.
@@MGErick I have been wondering if listening to songs on these earpods often could damage my charging port due to constant insertion and removal.
Samsung akg or Apple ear-pods...which one do you suggest for music & movies🙏
None. Go for CCA CRA
I am not a stubborn person, but apple EarPods are amazing and no one can tell me otherwise
Subscribed at isolation measurements curve - never seen anybody do that.
There's more where that came from! Happy listening! :D
What’s the song at 3:12?
Samsung AKG wired earphones are great too 👍
Is the lossless audio only on the USB-C version or does the lightning and 3.5 mm headphone jack versions have it to
Just the usbc and lightning get it so far as i know.
All technically support lossless, since they are wired, there is nothing to lose
Which AirPods Pro 2 should I buy type c or lightening one …( lightening one is bit cheaper here) is it worth giving $50 more for type c?
there are THE SAME ! choose price !
@@karimgeniokarim-genio5086if they are same …it’s wise to choose lightening one as it’s less in price and I have lightening iPhone
Idk how they aren't the same price, where I live they are the same price
Simple reason for Apple 🍎 ditching 3.5mm was because they were blocking components space. But with c type they can manage them on same port
Great cheap set of buds for round the pool on holidays. Not worried about leaving them on the side whilst I swim and panicking someone might steal my AirPods!
Which one should i get the airpods type c or the akg type c earphones???
AirPods
Does it support samsung s series phones ?
Anyone use ear tips with EarPods? Most of the ear tips on the market are for the "AirPods Pro", which I believe are not compatible. At least "Earpods" are rarely mentioned in product descriptions.
good value from apple?
im planning to buy one for my pc just for gaming, is there a difference between aux and lightning and usb c ?
If it's there any difference, then which one is better?
I can’t speak to audio quality compared among those three because I am not an audiophile and they all sound fine to me, but for Windows/Linux PC use the 3.5mm will sound good but the inline controls won’t work, the lightning won’t plug in at all, and the USB-C will sound good and have working inline controls (assuming you have a USB-C port)
These are best...audio quality is same as airpod 2nd gen and price is very less.
Earpods sound better than Apple Pro, mic is better too. No need to charge it and unlimited battery life.
I literally just opened them out of the box and plugged it in. They wouldn’t connect… :(
Why make these??- SO I CAN WEAR THEM WHILE SLEEPING and not loose them down the edge of the bed or loose in the sheets and wash them, etc.
Wired apple earbuds always get the job done . Price is Cheap and music quality is very decent in my opinion.. base and all
*bass... not base
@@Tommie22x my bad coach
Hey I have a question does I need to connect from the Bluetooth to use them ?? Or it’s the same as the lighting connectors ones ??
I bought them to use in my S23 ultra, and I recommend, because the sound is better than any wireless earphones "Samsung or Apple ", and the mic is amazing! I hate Apple phones and computers, but these earphones are amazing!👍🏼
I'm wondering if it is compatible with iPhone 13 mini with adapters?
They still have lighting ones that are kinda cheaper , the type c is a few dollars more
@@epicgamer2396 I notice that, but somehow the lightning one is more expensive than the usb c one, at least in my country. So I'm just wondering if the usb c could work with adapters.
Yes, it's good until you hear the horrible noise cause it connects to type c and not 3.5 mm headphone jack.
What does this even mean???
Hey guys should I buy these EarPods or jbl c200si ? Indian prices btw
EarPods (₹2000/$US23.97) and jbl c200si (₹800+₹900 for type c to 3.5mm converter =₹1700/$US20.37)
So which one is you buy?
@@keshavmishra07 I went with apple EarPods
