Compared to where i live you would be surprised how little $300k buys. One thing to note is when the roadside ditch is running water in the dry season it will be flooding in the spring.
That was first thought. Looks like a flash flood waiting to happen. I'm an admitted pessimist but him driving up that road all I could think about was (you have to maintain that?) Nice house for sure but I have grown so use to conveniences like cable, high-speed internet, and being able to go to the store without having to worry about sliding off the road in the wintertime.

After you buy the equipment, then the fuel, then the upkeep on it. You really have to see if it pencils out... Good point to bring up though.

Wet weather stream that runs along side the driveway? Where we are from....that is called a ditch...it keeps the water from washing out the driveway or road. That is the first time in 50 + years that I have ever anyone call that a stream.
